I’m rating 1 because I can’t give 0. Me and my girlfriend stayed at runaway last July and we paid 97€ for 4 nights in a king size bedroom which came with basic amenities such as disposable flip flops and shower foam and the bed was actually comfortable so the staying was pretty ok. We came back in late August and they charged us 700 hkd (76€) for 2 nights and the room was SO BAD! Very dirty, the beds uncomfortable and even no shower curtains! Not even basic amenities which we asked for because they gave us last time and they tried to sell us for 30 hkd! (not even the disposable tube of shower foam, just the very cheap single use soap bag). They were doing renovations with a VERY NOISY construction yard that was literally just outside the room so we couldn’t sleep much, and the second day a lady knocked on the door at 07:30 and started shouting at everyone so we were again woke up very early in the worst possible way. Nonetheless I was charged 50 hkd to leave a small backpack in the reception after the checkout. ABSOLUTELY NOT SUGGESTED to stay here. It’s so unprofessional for the receptionist to tell us wrong information about 22M and 22D are exactly the same route and we should not get off from 1331 campus but the final stop instead as it’s a lot closer to the check in location. When we first arrived the bus stop, we saw 22D and we got on the bus. However, after we passed the stop of 1331 campus, we’re expecting the final stop but then we’re being brought back to the first stop as it’s a circulated round-trip bus, the bus driver told us 22D’s final stop is 1331 campus, only 22M has one more stop after 1331 campus. It’s so unprofessional for the staff of 1331 to wrongly instructed the travellers with incorrect information! It made us paying double to the bus as well as late arrival to the hotel! Apart from that, many mosquitoes and bugs on bedding! Do not recommend given inconvenience location! YMCA a lot better given even a cheaper price as compared!

Several hair found on the bed and wc. Shuttle bus service was bad, with it only available 30 mins and late for more than 10 mins in several occasions.
