Bought a CSL prepaid SIM at 7-Eleven Central. The registration page was broken — couldn’t find register number, wouldn’t accept the SIM ID. Called customer service 3 times, each time told to go back to 7-Eleven. 7-Eleven staff couldn’t help. Walked 3km downhill to the CSL branch in Central. Promised activation within 1 hour. Still no internet 6 hours later. A full day wasted for a SIM card. Avoid!!

Absolutely time wasted. Staffs no idea what they are talking about. I purchased two tourist sim cards, they told us it'll take 5 days to work after they activated, so not even able to refund me me, and they charged 30 dollars more than the shop in airport. Definitely not recommended that shop in Central, will rather make a trip to the shop in airport next time 🙄

Customer service used to be the benchmark of professionalism, but certain current staff obviously need further training on listening to the customer... My issues and queries were eventually resolved, but only after I requested another person to address my concerns. I am leaving a 5 star rating due to Mr. Joseph and Mr. Colin, who calming and professionally detailed the situation, and elaborated on options for my case.
