I am shocked, in this 7/11 in Leighton Road, you can no longer go at night, they changed the staff, they put a night character, super rude, he sleeps at the cash register and dresses badly and dirty. rude with customers. during the night he decides to close the shop, lowers the shutter and disappears for a while. please take him out of here, many people complain, the staff like Oliver and the lady in the morning, I don't remember the name, are wonderful people.

i was surprised by the comments or reviews that I read that this shop has rude staff. i have been the customers for quite some years and so far i didn't have any extremely horrible or terrible experience. Maybe time passed that the staff has changed. During hot summer, I was there to buy some ice cream or popsicles. Sometimes, if I need to get something fast instead of walking all the way to the grocery stores or supermarkets, then just get it here to avoid the long queues. If you use the 7-11 app, you might also have some good offers or sometimes the store has special price or discount. I heard that the economy is going not so good so it could affect how people interact with others or the moods. Hope everyone still can have some good experience. It would be nice to have a shop with considerable, kind and friendly staff and customers.

台灣朋友來玩，換購左一盒牛奶妹袋盲盒，個阿姐見佢地唔識廣東話，拿左盒拆過嘅卑佢地，朋友第一次換以為盒咁貼法係正常的，我叫佢地拿返去反應，個阿姐同一個光頭佬態度好鬼串，仲話佢地係自己拆完唔鍾意先貼住拿返去換，我電話同佢溝通時講頭先換完後係街邊拆，邊來嘅透明膠紙貼？個阿姐態度好鬼差嘅話，咁換一個卑佢地得未啊？識問，如果你地唔係做賊心虛，點願意換一盒新的卑佢地呢？此舉真係影衰香港人😤
