Laguna City 24/7 Fitness is clean, comfortable, and has great, well-maintained equipment. The 24/7 access is super convenient. A huge shoutout to Nesta! I wasn't familiar with some of the machines at first, but Nesta was incredibly helpful, proactive, and patient in showing me how to use them with a professional attitude. The vibe here is relaxed with absolutely no high-pressure sales. Highly recommend it to anyone in the neighborhood looking for a great place to work out

I was staying in a hotel at Kwun Tong for 2 weeks to see family in HK. 24/7 fitness offers 1 month non-rolling membership (usable across branches) so I thought them a good choice given that I go everyday, in particular this branch being newer. The staff who signed me up was super helpful, the users are friendly and the range and quantum of equipment is great. The upkeep is generally good. My only issues are that the stretching area is too small and during more crowded times not sufficient, and that the main door into the WC is short, so this review is 4.5 stars really. If you prefer quieter sessions then I recommend to go in the mornings, it was busy with users on the younger side when I went at night say around 10-12pm so I changed to mornings. I didn't use the showers but I like the fact that have individual shower rooms.

We went on 18th January 26 at 3pm. The staff member who was on duty was extremely helpful and a credit to the business. The gym is superb, a mixture of Newtech M-torchure (absolutely superb brand, real premium), Nautilus, Panatta, Booty builder and, Glutie Builder. They've selected the best kit from each brand to create a fantastic gym. It was super clean, organised and all round exceptional. Highly recommend any expats who are into their weight training, go there.
