We had a wonderful stay at Harbour Plaza 8 Degrees. Clean, cozy rooms and a prime location with free shuttle service make exploring Hong Kong effortless. Special thanks to Front Office Manager Desmond for his attentive, professional service and thoughtful assistance. Highly recommended for all travelers.

We were on a family vacation and had booked 2 adjacent rooms for a week . Our international flight would arrive quite early and therefore we requested for an early check in if possible, a week before we arrived.They could not accommodate us but promised a check in time of 2 pm . They have no place to sit near the reception either , that was simply nonsensical ! We left the luggage with the concierge and went to a friend's place . When we returned back at 2:30 pm , they gave us one room and Desmond at the front desk promised to send the room keys of the 2nd room to our room. They couldn't give us adjacent rooms although we had booked the rooms and requested adjacent rooms for the children. We had to make 2 phone calls to the front desk to send the keys and explain to them that we were waiting for the keys. They had forgotten about the keys. The room had a dehumidifier that had a small capacity and therefore needed to be emptied more than once in 24 hours. Housekeeping sometimes forgot to do that and we had to wake up in the middle of the night to empty the water tank(on 5 occasions)as the machine would beep and the room would start getting humid if we didn't empty the water tank of
