Worst service ever. I brought my car in for a simple oil change, and they ended up keeping it the whole day without giving me updates. When I finally got it back, there was an oil leak that wasn’t there before. The staff was rude and refused to take responsibility. Never coming back. Completely untrustworthy. I went in for a minor repair, and they tried to upsell me on a list of “urgent” fixes costing hundreds of dollars. I got a second opinion elsewhere, and none of those issues were real. Feels like they prey on customers who don’t know much about cars. Stay away.

Good service, good information and communication. But my engine needed post repair because they over tightened the screw to my bmw plastic oil pan. The screw was over tightened and had no choice but to replace the entire pan. My water pump was brand new but they still recommended I replace it. My engine also is scheduled for another remapping as it’s not performing like before when they upgraded the software. Overall they are good guys but expensive. But I just happened to be unfortunate.

got my car door hurt when exiting a narrow parking. contacted A-Cars via whatsapp; got response immediately. they fixed my car in 5 days, and it was fabulous job! I also got my windows done there––UV-protection films. A-cars did that part wonderfully as well! Great service.
