I often shop here because they carry almost every kind of Japanese ingredient I need. However, when I bought eggs recently, I found mold growing on the shells. Thinking it might have just been that particular brand, so I returned to the store a few days later. And surprisingly I saw boxes of eggs left out at room temperature. Aren’t eggs supposed to be refrigerated? How long have they been sitting out like that? I checked the carton of eggs placed at the very front of the refrigerator, and sure enough, there was a faint trace of mold on them as well. I believe the staff should manage their products more carefully. I also strongly recommend that customers inspect items thoroughly before purchasing.

This is essentially a supermarket, plus Daiso and home cordy (their own label of household goods). I was amazed at how reasonable some of the imported food items from Japan are, especially if it's their own top vakue brand. This is in the middle of Mongkok. It is now my favorite place to shop for Japanese food items.
