Unreliable timeliness. Poor response time. We had the scaffolding sit there for an entire month after the aircons were installed. Avoid

super bad service did the clean, dont give a shit avoid this "company" "This is absolutely impossible to be unrelated. And what's the big deal about a basic cleaning fee of $4,000? It was just routine cleaning, and we didn't do any repairs. This fee is just for the most basic cleaning and doesn't include maintenance."

Absolute joke of a company. Less than 2 months after their "deep cleaning" of my AC's main pipe (which cost an exorbitant HKD 1,700), it started dripping profuse amounts of water again. Tried to get in touch with the company over WhatsApp, and was repeatedly told to "wait a moment" for 3 days with no further information on when the technician would arrive. Messages from me would often go unread for 24 hours as they only seem to respond once per day (if that). After 3 days, I was finally told the technician would come at the end of the week from 2 - 4 PM, with no flexibility to reschedule. Once that day came, the technician supposedly got into a car accident and the company didn't bother to notify me until after 4 PM (and I had been waiting at home). I was then rescheduled to the following Tuesday at 2 - 4 PM. Being understanding of these circumstances, I agreed. Then, on Tuesday, I was told that the technician wanted to reschedule to Friday. By now I had been waiting for a week and a half just to get someone to look at this, and they respond so infrequently it feels like they think they are doing me some kind of favor. Do not use this company unless literally every other option

Avoid this company!! Originally WhatsApp them to make an inquiry and asked for the inspection fee which is $600. When I proceeded to ask further about services and fees, Alice (the sales rep) refused to answer. The repairmen were very late when booked and they did not give any prior notice or eta when asked . Were very rude as well. They took less than a minute to look at the AC and said I needed me to pay a extra $600 ‘safety fee’ to look outside the window at the or they will refuse repair on top of still needing to pay the inspection fee. None of the cost was told in prior messages which is why I wanted to inquire more about the service and fee from the sales rep. To repair or to replace the whole unit would be an extra $2000-5000 for ‘scaffolding and safety cost’. The could not tell me the specific issue or what they need to prepare, just the ac unit is very old when it came with the apartment Over all very unprofessional and rude. Would give 0 stars if I could Negative Attitude Disclosure of service and price Professionalism

Really good service from the start - the team was very responsive on my initial request, and was able to book me in very quickly on a Saturday. The technician was professional, efficient, and took care to leave my apartment as clean as it was when he arrived. Definitely would recommend, especially for non-Cantonese speakers like myself!
