Alive Fitness was found in 2015 as an operated business. Alive Fitness founders didn’t want it to be just another gym in Hong Kong – they wanted to be the best in the industry and set their minds to doing so. Since its birth, Alive Fitness has grown into one of the largest non-franchise fitness center in Hong Kong. All the training provided are evidence-based and from continued education. Great location in the heart of TST. Plenty of freelance PT teaching in the free weight area with their clients. Not the best place to workout alone if you aren't with a PT. Do not recommend to join their membership.

Male trainer that I don’t know would throw 50lbs dumbbell pretty close to me and not apologize at all. Quite rude. And this one would just block your way out and insult you and humiliate you personally in front of entire gym for telling him do not throw dumbbell. Wonderful training experience here, would recommend anyone who enjoys humiliation while doing exercises.

One of my favourite gyms! Clean and conveniently located in Tsim Sha Tsui. Professional trainers and great environment. It's nice being able to workout in a positive and peaceful environment.
