雖然一開始送錯糧，但客服非常有禮，亦迅速找到解決方法，並處理好事件。

店員服務細心，買狗食時，由於不太懂，所以隨機買了兩個罐頭給小狗兩天的分量食用，在結帳時，職員詢問小狗是什麼品種，然後告知我選的不適合，儘管以近關店時間，職員很有耐心給我選擇，她選了幾個產品比我的更便宜適合，而且成分及工能上也較適合我家小狗，由於她得知我要兩天份量，在付錢的時候才知道，其中幾件是樣品給我渡過短途需要，好讓我不用浪費不必要的金錢買了不適合或大份量的狗食，感受到職員的專業及細心，十分感激也值得讚揚！

有貓狗糧、寵物用品及剪毛毛服務等，可能附近另一所寵物店結束了，所以好似生意多了。
