I only asked for the car a few days before renting and my first choice was unavailable, but the staff was still very helpful in providing me other car choices and the details of the rental. The car I rented (BMW X1) was in great condition and the staff was very helpful in explaining how to operate the car and its differences with other vehicles. The pricing was transparent and reasonable for someone having a probationary driving licence (P牌）. Overall a great rental experience and I enjoyed it. Recommended to all the P牌 drivers who needed practice.

It’s reassuring to know how much they focus on safety. Before handing over the keys, the staff gave me a detailed briefing so I knew exactly how everything worked, with safety reminders and proper car inspection. The car was clean and perfect. A super smooth experience overall!

Strong Warning – Unprofessional Service and Extremely Poor Communication From the very beginning — even at the deposit stage — I already felt uncomfortable with their attitude. I asked reasonable questions to clarify the rental details, but instead of giving direct answers, they repeatedly responded with more questions, or simply resent the same information again and again. Important details, such as the additional deposit HKD 8,000 deposit and the fact that HKD 3,000 would only be refunded after 30 days, refund would have to apply on their website by yourself. These were only mentioned later. When I asked whether there were any hidden charges or if additional cash was required, their responses were dismissive and impatient, including: “You can read the information yourself.” “You can calculate it yourself — I’m only quoting the information.” “I’m using logic to answer you.” “What’s the problem now?” “How I run my business has nothing to do with the customer.” Even after I thoroughly reviewed everything and asked specific follow-up questions, they continued to repeat the same vague explanations without offering any clarification. This was one of the most stressful and unacceptable car rental experiences I’ve ever had. I’ve travelled to nearly 50 countries and rented cars all over the world, and I have never dealt with a company that operates like this. They hit me with outrageous hidden charges after the booking — the fees they tried to take were more than what the full rental even cost. • They charged a ridiculous late arrival fee for being ONE hour late after a 14-hour flight. Pure opportunism. • Their cleaning fee was absurdly overpriced — more expensive than what we pay in London, which is shocking. • The staff were rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. • They are holding my deposit for 30–60 days, even though the contract states 14 days. This means customers end up paying interest on their credit cards for no valid reason. No reputable company does this. The entire experience felt exploitative, stressful, and extremely unfair. I will never rent from them again, and I strongly recommend that anyone considering this company should avoid them at all costs. People deserve to know how they treat customers and the unethical charging practices they use.
