In Hong Kong several kinds of work need qualified people: plumbing on the fresh-water supply should be done by a Water Supplies Department licensed plumber, electrical work by a worker registered with the Electrical and Mechanical Services Department, and minor works such as air-conditioner supporting frames may fall under the Buildings Department's Minor Works Control System. Ask for a receipt or completion certificate and keep the warranty details. Summer is peak season for air-conditioner repairs and installation, so book cleaning and servicing in spring.
Google lists the opening hours as daily, 09:00–21:00. It is open seven days a week. Arrangements may differ on public holidays, over Lunar New Year and when a typhoon signal No. 8 or above or a black rainstorm warning is in force, so call before making a special trip. You can call 5700 3730; a phone call is the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or how to get there. As this is a mobile number, a WhatsApp message may also work. Its website is allnewac.hk, which may show prices, details of what it offers or online booking.
