My go to store for dried seafood in Hong Kong. They usually have promotions ongoing - look out for the signages instore. Friendly staff despite the language barrier, willing to help out where possible.

Good range of dried goods such as sea cucumbers, abalones, scallops, sausages etc. Prices are reasonable but they are stingy with plastic bags even when you make high value purchases and charge $1 for every plastic bag when some neighbouring shops gave it more willingly upon request.

Popular shop in Hong Kong to get Chinese sausages, much cheaper than a more well known brand there, where the sausages are a bit too sweet for our taste
