Excellent service and reasonable price. I looked thru google map on all the shoe repair shops on Hong Kong island and see they have the best review and the shop look the neatest. Of course there is also the chain Groom but seems their service is inconsistent. I had 20 pairs of nice heels from the last 10-20 years with very little wear but all the stiletto heels have broken due to time. I brought 1 pair to try first. Was happy with my result and brought the rest. They were all excellently made to perfection. They brushes my shoes also. And excellent service ! Well done !! Very very happy with the results. Highly recommend. P.S. I parked my car at the West side of Shun Tak Parking, paid $28 for the hour and took the elevator to 2/F where the shop is (across from Watson’s). So it was pretty convenient.

I brought in my new pair of sandals to have a protective layer added under the sole and the service was exceptional! The owner kindly worked overtime over the weekend to make sure I could get back them in just a few days. And the craftmanship was top-notch!

I am satisfied with the customer service and the finished product, but there is glue stuck to my shoes that I can't remove. I was shocked because the shoes were new and expensive. I won't go again...
