Went to this Apple Store to pick up a newly bought iPhone. The display turned out way too yellow — a known issue that I found out upon an online search. Staff gave no useful advice and didn’t bother assisting me to check the phone thoroughly at all. Just a 5-second glance and they sent me off. Now I have to waste more time making another trip for an exchange. As someone who’s bought Apple products for years, this was a huge letdown — both in product quality and in Apple Store customer service. All these fancy stores and big teams of staff… what’s the point if they don’t actually help? Makes you wonder if they were instructed not to do a proper job and just hide product flaws.

I had an amazing experience today when I came in to test my AirPods. The agent, Him, did an excellent job. The store was quite busy, and I was starting to feel a bit annoyed, but seeing how professional and detail-oriented he was completely changed my experience. He handled everything so well that I left the store feeling very happy. Thank you!

I always liked Apple, but today’s experience was truly extraordinary. Was harassed for a full 3-4 min by a tourist from China who won’t stop pushing into me/ snatching the product I was testing / aggressively shouting personal attacks (i said “don’t shout” and she went beserk and started screaming I am “insane”, using racial slurs and telling me “we are in China, speak Chinese”. Non stop shouting, hand in my face harassment. What on earth? A tourist, not trying to buy anything , harassing a local actually trying to buy a product? The worst thing was the security guard witnessed for a full 2-3 minutes, but refused to act even when I asked 4-5 times for him to stop the harassment. He looked afraid. The staff only cares about their computers, and not the people who will buy the computers. Then the salesman came up and did not bother talking to the harasser to stop them- he asked me what the awful noise was about, and tried to laugh it off, while the harasser sneaked away with no consequences. I find their employees response completely unprofessional and lazy. I will absolutely record the harasser and the employees responses next time and upload it on social media, showing people Appl

I purchased AirPods pro 3, It was a smooth and fast experience. All the Apple products were available to work with. (As of today, iPhone 17 pro and promax models were only available for purchase online) iPhone 17 base models were available at store. The store was NOT very crowded.

Great service, kind staff Beautiful store, one of the best I’ve been at. Great to see all the “Today at Apple” sessions that really helps customers. Well organized as well. At is definitely the essence of the Apple experience! And I love it. Highly recommended for Apple fans/users and tourists alike! Tons of space to go around, sit and relax plus to even learn something along the way
