This is an absolutely gorgeous Apple Store; however, this place can be very crowded because this place is always packed with unitary tourists. You can find everything here, from iPhones to iMac/MacBook, from iPads to accessories. The 2nd floor is reserved for the hardware/software support services.

I recently visited Apple Canton Road and had a fantastic experience. The store is spacious and well-organized, making it easy to browse the latest Apple products. The staff were incredibly helpful and courteous, especially Ken, who assisted me in purchasing my Apple Watch Series 11. He was knowledgeable and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. The Genius Bar team also provided excellent one-on-one service when I needed help setting up my new iPhone. The store accepts both cash and card payments, which is convenient. Overall, it was a pleasure shopping here, and I highly recommend this Apple Store for its exceptional service and friendly atmosphere.

The Apple Store is medium-sized and generally quite busy, especially with people buying phones. That said, if you’re just looking for accessories, it’s much easier—you can usually skip the line and purchase directly without waiting too long. Overall, it’s efficient and well organized, as you’d expect, just a bit crowded at peak times.

One of the most beautiful Apple Stores I’ve seen. The location is also crazy because this is one of the most expensive streets in Hong Kong. They have the craziest brands from Chanel to Gucci to Louis Vuitton to Hermès. This store is really well built, typically the Apple style, and it was a fun experience visiting here.

A very spacious, store helpful, and courteous staff. I bought my Apple Watch Series 11. It was a pleasure for us to buy the watch. As the staff, Ken helped me in every aspect of buying the watch. A very helpful and efficient man.An excellent staff I would say as he did all the billing and everything very fast. So special thanks to Ken. Staff Marco helped me to start my watch. By helping me to upload the needed & he too a very efficient worker. In all, I enjoyed purchasing the Apple Watch. I will recommend to all who come to Hong Kong to buy Apple products from this store
