Terrible staff here. Like 8 people working there, just looking but not attending. I felt very uncomfortable. They kinda look you up as you walk in. Used to be a great outdoor brand , don’t know what it is now.

Fantastic Arc’teryx store in Hong Kong! Amazing selection of technical gear and apparel, with all the latest styles and colors. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about the brand — they really help you find the right fit for any adventure. A must visit for outdoor or brand enthusiasts in HK! On September 22, some Chinese netizens visited the site after the “firework” and discovered the following: • Despite claims of "eco-friendly, biodegradable powder," the area was left with a large amount of firework and blasting debris scattered around. • The brand publicly promised to restore the environment, but in practice they mobilized local Tibetan residents to clean up the trash instead. • Records show protected animals like blue sheep and pikas are extremely sensitive even to drone noise, not to mention explosive blasts. This disturbance clearly harms wildlife. This brand is misleading the public. As an outdoor company, they should care about nature and local communities, yet they have failed their responsibility. They exploit both the land and the people, and show no respect for life. We should hold them accountable. Think twice before supporting this brand.

Arc'teryx is for me the ultimate outdoor tech wear. This branch is located at the street level of K11 art mall though the street entrance has been locked up so you'll have to enter through the mall. The shop has a good selection of jackets from windbreakers to vests to goretex gear. Selection for veilance isn't that much. Staff are helpful when asked.

There are 3 couples, so 6 customers in the store and 5 staff. Then other potential customers have to wait in a queue outside while the 5 staff attend to 6 customers in the store. Seriously, get your heads out of your backsides arc’teryx. Why would I wait ? You’re a sports store! I can go to any store in Canada or the US and customers come and go freely. You’re a absolute joke Arc’tertx Hong Kong store. I’ll order online and you miss a sale.
