Excellent Service for My Shanghai to Hong Kong Move I recently used Asian Tigers for my relocation from Shanghai to Hong Kong, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. I'll admit upfront that I wasn't the easiest customer as I changed my moving plan and timing more than once in the lead-up. Despite all that, the team handled every adjustment without complaint and kept everything on track. What really stood out was the punctuality. The truck arrived exactly on time, which after years of dealing with logistics and freight myself, I genuinely don't take for granted. It's a small thing that says a lot about how well a company runs its operations. Everything also arrived without a scratch zero damage, despite the distance and the cross-border move. The unpacking crew on the Hong Kong end were polite, patient, and clearly experienced. They worked efficiently but never made me feel rushed, and they were understanding when I needed things placed just a certain way. All in all, a smooth, professional, and stress-free move. An excellent service experience, highly recommended! We were in a really tight schedule for our exhibition, and it involved shipping electronic screens overseas. At that time, we checked with several freight companies (including those recommended by peers), but their prices were shockingly high, and they couldn't even guarantee delivery from Beijing to London on the agreed time. A friend recommended Asian Tiger, and they not only helped us deliver the goods but also assisted with the ATA international freight procedures. That's why our return trip went smoothly too. Whenever we encountered problems in the process, they handled them quickly. Since we were shipping P1 screens, which are extremely fragile, the staff also did separate protective treatments for them. it's a very reliable service experience.

This company has the best customer service! They literally go above and beyond to make things happen. Had a great experience with them recently from Beijing to Vancouver. The surveyor, was very professional and explained the questions I concerned. Courteous teams for packing and moving, and delivery everything to Vancouver as time scheduled. All glasses and kitchenware are in good conditon. They are prompt , courteous , careful and take the stress out of moving day, I will not hesitate to recommend them for any size move.

I've made use of Asian Tigers' home removal services in 2015, 2016 and this 2025 June. They extended professional process included carried out site survey in advance to check my stuff to be removed, well taking care of each item even wines and soya sauces bottles, delivered to and un-wrapped every items on the spot of the new place. They even provide me with 3 weeks' storage for the stuff to be removed before I found my home place. I will and actually have recommended many friends to try the Asian Tigers' services, not only for removal within China, also from HK to Canada.
