My experience at this salon was truly absurd. During my hair wash, the stylist began to massage my neck and shoulders which at first I thought to be normal, but the massage started to become prolonged and his hands began to drift further down my back at first, and then took a concerning turn when he moved them to my front, further down beneath the edge of my shirt, to the point where I had to push his hand back before he could touch my breast. I was completely taken aback and shocked at his hand placement. It was completely unprofessional and I was truly disappointed. Secondly, the stylist who dried my hair seemed inexperienced with curly western hair and did not leave me with a sleek straight style at the end, only commenting “your hair is very curly” as if to explain the unsatisfactory end result. I mentioned to the staff at the reception about what happened to me and I hope some action is taken. I will not be returning to this salon ever again, and I highly discourage anyone else from doing so.
