Auto Wash

Auto Wash, a car wash and detailing shop in Ngau Tau Kok, Kwun Tong, is at 永富工業大廈 A座地下, 15～17號 Tai Yip St. Before heading over it is worth checking the hours, phone number and Google rating below, so the trip is not wasted.

In Hong Kong, private cars aged six years or more must pass an annual roadworthiness examination at a Transport Department designated car testing centre before their licence is renewed, and every vehicle needs third-party insurance. Ask for a quote before repairs, check whether parts are original or aftermarket and how long the warranty is, and keep the invoice. Car washes and detailers usually work by appointment, and coating or waxing can take hours or a full day.

Google lists the opening hours as daily, 10:00–24:00. It opens every day of the week. Arrangements may differ on public holidays, over Lunar New Year and when a typhoon signal No. 8 or above or a black rainstorm warning is in force, so call before making a special trip. No phone number is listed, so the Google Maps link on this page is the best starting point for directions and any contact details Google has. Its website is facebook.com, which may show prices, details of what it offers or online booking.

Google shows 2.3 out of 5 based on 3 reviews; with so few opinions the score can move quickly as more customers weigh in.
