The osmanthus oolong tea and jasmine green milk tea are so good here. Just a long wait when I went (>40 mins) so I strolled around - many shops in the areas 🥲👍🏻

This was my first visit, and it will also be my last time purchasing from this establishment. As I was unfamiliar with the menu and the names of the beverages, the cashier guy, who wore glasses, displayed impatience and openly made a face in my presence. There are countless café tea shops throughout the town. There is no necessity to visit and spend money at a place with such a rude attitude PS: Upon reviewing this section, it appears that numerous customers have experienced a similar demeanor from the individual wearing glasses.

The first branch of Chagee, located at K11 Art Mall. The place was nice however the seating capacity was not enough, I think they are more focus on takeouts rather than dine in.

I enjoy the fancier style for the interior decorations, it makes me feel for valued as a customer. The service though is pretty rude. We were the only people waiting in line but they were rushing us to order just to go back on their phone afterward. They were also not welcoming nor friendly at all. Some other waitresses though were very cheery and patient. I guess it just depends on the person. The drink itself was great. The jasmine tea had great flavours and it wasn't over sweet as well.

I tried their jasmine milk tea at a popup in Paris and was DEVASTATED to know it was just a pop up and they weren't gonna open a store in Paris! So ofcourse I had to take a trip to Hong Kong just so I could have it again. EVERYDAY! It's THAT GOOD!! I was not kidding about having it every day while I'm here! 🤣❤️ I miss it already 😭 Open a store in Delhi and Paris ASAP!
