The place is nice, but the lack of customer service is ridiculous. It is newly opened and all. But the staff ARE SO UNHELPFUL. 真心睇住你都唔會過嚟幫你 They will literally look the other direction just to pretend that they can’t see you. The lady who is serving the drinks literally has no knowledge of ANYTHING other than serving the drinks. I redeemed a plush toy and had to wait 15 MINUTES just for some sort of attention. The lady at the counter serving the drinks went and “looked” for it, came back and gave me a different design, only to argue that just because the colour is green that it is the same design. Then she went back in and proceeded to say that there is no more of that design. And asked someone else to look (shifting responsibilities). THEN I asked someone else and they thought that I wanted to order, he proceeded to say that it is online ordering only and that they do not accept in store payments or in store ordering. I told him that all I wanted was just to redeem the plush that I ordered online and that I had waited 15 minutes and that I wanted a refund if they couldn’t give me what I wanted. He proceeds to look inside and comes back out with the correct plush one minute la
