Apparently there’s a new owner, so you can ignore the previous bad reviews. We received great and attentive service! Brought in our duvet as our dog vomitted on it and they tried their best to give it a good wash and dried it nicely for us as fast as they could. Our duvet is from a Japanese brand and we really appreciate how they try their best to take care of it and also hand it back to us in good shape and in a timely manner. The stains are all gone and the duvet held up nicely. Highly recommended!

Popped in to Perfect Laundry this morning with a bag full (10lbs). They said it would be ready by 3pm. It was. HK$97. Washed, dried and folded. Same day. I have read the previous negative reviews, but I have no complaints. The washing was good, reasonably priced and rapid.

Poor service, my 100% cashmere blanket and pillow cases were shrunken and became really hard. They didn’t even inform me about the issue when I picked up the items.

Decided to ignore the negative reviews and visited a couple of times as it’s convenient to me. Then brought suit jacket and trousers. Returned to me with buttons heat-damaged which I had to have replaced plus ADDED stains. Previous stains remain on trousers Went abroad for a couple of weeks and mould is grown all over the areas that obviously were not cleaned. Asked for refund and they only offered to clean again. Ignored me when I explained: why would I return to a place that 1. Added stains 2. Damaged the buttons, I had to replace 3. Didn’t actually clean anything 4. Refused a simple inexpensive refund. If I had received a refund and simple acknowledgement of poor service I would not be leaving this review. Avoid avoid avoid

I submitted to that laundry 2 shirts : white and blue, trousers and a polo-shirt, all were quite renew, just required simple dry cleaning. The last 2 came out more or less acceptable. However the blue shirt was totally ruined by ironing, that left obvious and "remarkable" . They tried to "rewash" it, however once the fabric is ironed and almost burnt under pressure, it can not be restored. They continued to claim that all is fine and nothing happened. Hilarious unprofessionalism. After some disputing happened to get the little compensation from them for the obvious failure and 3 weeks of total waiting. Happily, submited to them not a very expensive clothes, the blue one has to go into garbage now. Thanks a lot and never blindly believe the reviews.
