I ordered my suit on the 27th of September and finally received it on the 17th of November; so it took approximately 50 days. Worse of all, the final product did not meet my expectations. But they took so much time to finish my suit, I was forced to accept it as I only had 3 days until my wedding. They never took any responsibility for their poor craftsmanship, but instead pushed the blame for the suit's poor fit towards my choice of material (which was a pricier option) and my apparent "high standards". After hearing all of that from the staff, I had grown sick and tired of dealing with them and just accepted their crummy work - with 3 days before my wedding of course. In terms of the fit of the suit, the shoulders did not properly fit, with noticeable shoulder-divot (dimples on the shoulders). This may have been caused by improper cutting of the holes for the arms. As for the pants, there was noticeable inadequacies near the hip area, as it did not confirm to my hips. The dress shirts they made for me turned out to be quite boxy in appearance - but that was the least of my concerns when compared to the ill-fitting suit they gave me. My fiancé had an amazing experience with Pak Lam. We had some reference photos and only rough ideas in mind. Pak Lam offered options and suggestions for each part (collar, sleeves, back, etc) and brought the vision to life. They have a wide variety of fabrics to choose from. The craftsmanship is meticulous. They are so friendly and easy to work with. Highly recommend this family business!
