Parking here regularly since it's right next to Park Lane Shopper's Boulevard in Causeway Bay. The rates are reasonable for the area, and the spaces are decent enough for a standard sedan. Getting in and out can be a bit tricky during peak hours, especially on weekends when the shopping crowd floods in. The ramp system is straightforward, and the signage directing you to available floors works well. Staff at the booth are generally helpful when you need assistance with payment or validation. One downside is that it gets extremely full on Saturday afternoons, so arriving early is a must if you plan to shop around Causeway Bay. The facility itself is clean and well-lit, which I appreciate since some car parks in the area feel quite dim and cramped. Wilson Parking's app integration makes monthly passes convenient to manage.

It's expensive just like all of the car parks in causeway bay. It is extremely old and run down. Bad lighting. Very dingy. All of the corners when you drive around. The car park are very tight and the car parking spaces are also very old and therefore very tight. I would definitely not come in here with an SUV or any other kind of larger vehicle. Very average and very difficult to get into because there is always several people illegally parked in the roads leading towards the entrance to the car park. You would be lucky if someone doesn't crash into you. Just doing that. Same issues trying to get out of the car park. Bad traffic and people illegally parked everywhere. Blocking the traffic. Giving you more chances for someone to crash into you

Convenient car park in the middle of a busy shopping area. Enter this car park on the right hand side, then drive up. Plenty of spaces with room for small and large cars. Low ceiling and gloomy lighting. There's a passenger lift that gives access to IKEA, Park Lane Hotel, Decathlon sports and other shops. Can also fit in trollies from the next door supermarket. Can be narrow to drive and turn. Multilevel parking.

Very narrow and aged car park but offer lots of parking spaces. Just be careful not to get stretched on the way up and down.
