Atmosphere-One of the room has super strong cigarette smell even though supposedly no indoor smoking. I suspected they allowed it inside the private rooms for dinner time at night so next morning dim sum time smelled horribly bad. Service-slow cleaning and setting table. Food- overall quite good. The bbq pork cha siu was so-so could be improved.

Average chinese cuisine. Had the steamed fish, ribs, deep fried prawns, veges with salty egg soup.

Overall foods is pretty good with a reasonable price. Good selection and varieties. However the receptionists is ruded and very obvious taking tips to seated customers that back handed the money to them otherwise long wait for a table during peak hour. Understand this is extra money they can made but can be a little more discreet. Quite an eye opener and entertaining watching all this happening!

A typical Chinese restaurant located in a mall renovated in 2019 and operated by LINK. The tables are relatively packed and the time we went there (11:30am), the place was crowded. We ordered our favourite styles of dimsum. Other than that, we also tried fried pigeon, fried capelin, cubed giant grouper with rice. They all gave us some nice surprises in terms of quality and quantity. The grouper meat tasted good and its skin was chewy. I'm sure I will order the same dish next time. Service was fine, except that we found a waitress who did almost nothing but chatting with one table of patrons for half an hour.
