Recently a group of friends went to the ultra-luxurious Teppan Gold Selection: Exquisite Seafood Feast for 2 persons (two sets) at "God of Teppanyaki" (板神). It promises a stellar lineup of top-tier ingredients from curated appetizers and pristine seafood to decadent wagyu. The Refreshing Openers: The meal commenced with a vibrant house salad, generously topped with a thick, zesty orange dressing that instantly refreshed the palate. This was followed by the showstopping "God's Box" Opening the wooden box revealed a gorgeous arrangement of edible art: rose-shaped tuna and salmon sashimi, glistening salmon roe, a savory terrine, and fresh fruits—an absolute visual and culinary treat! The Premium Seafood Trio: South African Abalone. Expertly grilled on the teppan, sliced, and served. It offered a wonderfully crisp, bouncy texture with a delicate caramelized edge. Seared Scallop with Ikura. The plump scallop achieved a beautiful golden crust while remaining incredibly tender inside, crowned lavishly with popping bursts of salty salmon roe. Tried the festive special course. Bill comes to around hkd2,600 for two exc drinks. Pretty much every dishes were superbly delivered. Compared to other teppanyaki places we have visited in TST or HK island, this has been the best teppanyaki meal so far both in terms of taste and value. Will visit again in the future.

We have ordered a two set lunch. The Japanese pork and Australia wagyu were priced for hkd428 and hkd578, respectively. The food and service were very good! Highly recommend!

Decent food at a reasonable price (while there are promotions anyways). Nothing special though, and portions were on the smaller side

Located in Kwun Tong Industrial area, GodofTeppanyaki 板神 is one of the few teppanyaki restaurant in the area.
