Causes massive delays when delivering new vehicles by taking over two weeks to hand in documents to the transport department. When asked about the delays they lie, blame the transport department and the customer with a super bad attitude. Highly untrustworthy sales team!

Brought in my Motorbike which broke down twice before and explained that there must be some electricity defect since I got two new batteries within the previous six month. They came back not finding anything but sold me a new battery. Then it broke down again after three month. They picked up the bike and didn't hear anything for three weeks. When asking what going on they said are busy and haven't yet had time. Two more weeks later they say it's the starter - replacement cost 8700HKD. Got 25% discount since they didn't do a good job in the first place. I'll never go again!

My experience with the To Kwa Wan showroom has already been great. The reception is friendly, the service department is helpful (remember, this isn't an automatic quality). And bonus, the coffee tastes good, too.
