Best bar outside Hong Kong Island. Ticked all the boxes for a cocktail bar. Pretty pricey for a ‘happy hour’ menu, but the drinks worth every penny. All the classic cocktails were crafted with care and expertise. Amazing to the eye and to the tastebuds.

The bar is a little outdated and old. The wine collection is large but not organized well. The red lantern is a big odd for the bar. It does not show a focus that it is a Japanese bar. There were no Japanese bartender like the its neighbors. It feels like 1998 vibe. Sorry. 3/5 The menu has 525 pages which is a bit too long to find and focus. The whiskey collection is not bad though. The Negroni I ordered was strong in alcohol. But it is $180+ 10%. Quite pricy for the atmosphere and vibe. 4/5 The waiter is inexperienced in introducing and serving customers. the order took too long to make and he came back after 15 min to recapture the missing order. 3/5

Always be my fav Japanese styled bar in town, not only because Nick San is so professional in knowing and tailor making the drinks you like, but also you can have better knowledge of the drinks and your own preferences. Loyal customers always sit at the bar front, interacting both with them and the bartenders just make the night even better. A place of comfort.
