Really enjoyed the cocktails at Bar Mind. What stood out was how they took familiar Hong Kong flavours and turned them into drinks without making them feel gimmicky. The Claypot Sour had that savoury, toasted quality of claypot rice, while the Phoenix Spritz reminded me of those old-school Fung Sin popsicles. The Tofu Espresso was probably the most unexpected — an Espresso Martini with a Cantonese tong sui twist. I also liked the Satay Highball, Mighty Malty with its cha chaan teng-inspired Horlicks and Ovaltine flavours, and Sweet Potatoni, which had a nice smoky, earthy character. There’s a definite nostalgia running through the menu, but the drinks still feel like cocktails rather than just recreations of familiar foods. Peach Reverie and the 80’s Highball were also standouts for me. A fun spot if you enjoy cocktails with a bit of a Hong Kong connection.

One of the best bars in HK. Cool industrial style of interior design yet classy. Told the bartender my preference for stronger drinks and her recommendations were solid. Out of the 3 drinks I enjoyed the Claypot Sour the most. Love the new menu inspired by local gourmet. Cool idea and great execution. Worth mentioning that the new menu starts at HKD100 per drink, which is a bargain in its standard. All in all a wonderful experience.

Been to Bar Mind several times and their drink list always gave me great surprises! They are very creative and adds new elements to their drinks, e.g. bringing in local ingredients like monk fruit, Chinese herb, sesame into their cocktails, and they tasted great! They also have special collaboration drink list which only lasted for a weekend and the photos attached is here one of the project they have worked with Sudio. Each drink matched with the colours of the earphones’ cases! I liked every single one of them because they were of different styles (sweet, savoury, creamy) and all tasted good!

Bar Mind has been on my bar-hopping checklist for a while since the bar is run by a couple of award-winning bartenders. We went there on Wednesday night, so it wasn’t too packed and it’s comfortable. So sad that we didn’t have the chance to meet the founders that night; I would love to try their cocktails. Still, we met Quentin, who is the champion of World Class Hong Kong 2025. Overall, good vibes, great cocktails, tasty snacks, unique interior design. The bartenders are super friendly and passionate about cocktail crafting. Definitely going to re-visit and recommend others to come. Thank you so much to Ryan and Quentin for giving me and my friends such an amazing experience.

Great bar we stumbled across. The service was so friendly and they were passionate about the drinks, providing us recommendations and explanations about the taste and construction! I loved the highball and the Tomyum-inspired drink the most. Highly recommend!
