Best Japanese style bar in the area, with excellent quality in mixology and variety in vintage and rare liquors. If you have any lesser known classic you would like to try, here is your destination. From greetings, serving the drinks to your departure, it's an experience. Be patient when it's a full house because a cocktail takes time and precision, you can always rely on Bone and Leo for their skills and knowledge in spirits and cocktails. If you are just looking for a quick drink and get tipsy, better go somewhere else. Reservation recommended.

Bar Tincture is about hospitality, great ambience and beautifully crafted drinks. The place is very clean too! Great classic cocktails. Seasonal fruit cocktail is a surprise, so good I forgot to take pics. Surprised to see coffee cocktails on menu, will definitely try next time.

Japanese cocktail bar, lovely vibes! Not sure if we can book, but we were lucky enough to walk in with a large group. Full house so drinks took quite some time to be made with just 3 bartenders. Enjoyed the complimentary snacks, especially the crispy ones! I think the staff could tell all of us keep picking the crispy ones to eat instead of nuts so when they refilled, they only gave us the crispy ones 😝 🍸Ranking: 1.Chocolate-tini🍫 Perfect for those who’s a sweet tooth and likes creamy cocktails! Yummy chocolate cocktail 2.Dark & Stormy☕️ Chai flavour with ginger ale is such a good combo! Pairs well with each other 3.Bergamot fizz🌸 Floral, Light and refreshing indeed! But flavour kind of straight forward,would be better if there’s a bit more layer 4.Herbal flip sour 🍊 says it includes orange lemon but couldn’t really tell. Some of us thought it was More like egg nog?🤣 overall okay but just couldn’t tell what flavour this is. 5.Paper Plane🥃 Bourbon cocktail, not my style and doesn’t have much depth of flavour compared to the other drinks. 6.Dirty martini (off menu)🍸 Savoury cocktail. Spent a great evening with friends at Bar Tincture in Central. This Japanese-style bar has that perfect moody atmosphere with smooth music, and the master bartender. His experienced team make every cocktail feel special. Balanced flavors, beautiful presentation. Super welcoming for both locals and tourists. Best night out in Hong Kong. Highly recommend.
