Recently bought an oven from BBE. The product is good and the sales and installation service was good. However, the low score here is because the delivery was outsourced to a logistics provider that employed a pair of thugs that refused to leave until I gave them an extra $100 "slope fee". This was not mentioned at the time of purchase and and has never been charged to me before, including on a previous purchase from BBE (probably because I don't live on a slope). I suggest to clarify any additional charges at the time of purchase, and avoid a delivery in the late morning when the delivery team may be looking for lunch money.
