I had a last minute order request, and they replied promptly, made any adjustments as I prefer as much as possible and delivered promptly to the receiver within a few hours! I requested to have a message card to include with the flowers, and they at first forgot about it but quickly addressed it and made sure the message and the flowers were delivered at the same time. Great service and beautiful flowers!

Ordered these online since I am sending flowers to my mom from overseas. I ordered the Coral Dance Flower Box (medium) and specially requested for the flowers to be a mix of purple and yellow. The florist told me that they didn’t have any purple peonies so other flowers would be substituted, which I was fine with. The screenshot of their website shows the small sized bouquet for an updated pricing of $920, the medium sized (which I ordered) shown in the other picture, priced at $1420. This was quite underwhelming considering the price I paid for. The flowers did not have the same “wow” factor I was expecting based on their reference photo from the website.

Loved the mother's day bouquet I got from this place. Doris and her team were very helpful and produced a lovely arrangement, delivered in a nice presentation box. She even responded later the evening with tips on aftercare. Thoroughly recommend.

In short, totally won’t recommend the shop. I ordered a flower box for Mother’s Day from the shop given its incredible rating on Google. However, the whole experience was extremely poor and disappointing. First, when I picked up the flower from the shop, the staff was horribly rude. Moreover, the flowers, especially the roses, looked very wilted which the petals were almost falling already. Understood that the flower types may vary due to availability, but anthurium shown on its display photo online was nowhere to be seen without any explanation from the shop yet I saw anthurium were included in other flower boxes (same one as mine) when picked up in the shop. Considering the price and the whole experience, I absolutely do not recommend the shop.

I ordered the Azure Elegance Flower Bouquet for a condolence arrangement , and it was absolutely perfect for my friend and her family. The service was exceptional- very efficient, and the online chat was extremely responsive and helpful throughout my order . The personalized card was also beautiful, with a simple white design that was suitable for the occasion . Highly recommend Bed of Roses!
