I had from few to no knowledge in diamonds while coming to the first appointment, Mr. Bee has been really helpful and provided lots of explanation to guide me through my research, he helped me finding the best diamond fitting my expectations and in line with my budget. We can really feel that customer satisfaction is the most important for him. In addition, he has also accepted to work with tight deadlines so that I could be ready on time to make the surprise to my wife when she came back from overseas. His selection of diamonds to choose from is extraordinary with very competitive pricing. He was able to accommodate my custom request for an engagement ring to near perfection and was able to complete this request on very short notice. I've bought an oval diamond from somewhere else and came to Bee's for a particular setting. Before coming to Bee's I did went through a few other shops, but all said my settings were too difficult to make. Bee's was the only shop that explain this(with a sketch, see the photo) and suggested an alternative solution. Rachel was the specialist who served me at first, Fanny served me later when I pick up the ring, both of her were knowledgeable, nice and polite. It took about a month for the ring to come back, I'd say the overall service is excellent. Most importantly, the ring came out stunningly, the halo ring is a perfect match with oval, making the stone look huge, with the wide angle split shank design, this is one perfect special setting. I'm extremely satisfied, definitely recommend it.

Admittedly, I'm not the easiest customer as I'm a perfectionist. Mr. Bee was super patient throughout the entire process of helping me find an emerald. After a few months of searching, we finally picked the perfect one. I would highly recommend him to anyone that's looking to buy gems!
