Horrible rude staff, and extremely long wait times. Dont recommended

We arrived at 8:45 PM, while the restaurant closes at 9:30 PM. The cashier immediately told us it was too late to dine in, so we agreed to order takeaway instead. Our idea was to simply eat it at their tables, since the restaurant is located in a mall and that usually isn’t an issue. At 9:15 PM we received our food, but then the staff told us that takeaway cannot be eaten at their tables. Very confusing, since it was their suggestion to order takeaway in the first place. On top of that, they even said we had to pay extra if we wanted to sit and eat at the tables. Really poor service and a disappointing experience. Definitely not recommended for tourists looking for a place to eat.

The whole ordering process has gone electronically through cellphone. After seated in the restaurant, scan the menu barcode, order online and just waited the food to come. Everyday went smoothly. Just surprised to find out a pizza costs triple or double than 6 years ago, but that's the inflation issue the whole society is facing now, not the restaurant.

There were not so many tables in this restaurant. Price was not high but the service was comparatively good. Waitress was polite and recommended afternoon tea set cheaper than a la carte drink. Menu was the same as other restaurants in the chain. The quantity was average for local people. The place was not noisy after the lunch hours.

Made the mistake of popping into this place on a busy Saturday: there were queues everywhere and I really couldn't be bothered to wait. Ordered a couple of pizzas, one of which was part of a set meal. What can I say other than I feel ripped off and unsatisfied. The pizzas were bland as bland can be, and the dough as thick as that comfy pillow you have sitting on your bed at home. Worst of all, it wasn't that much cheaper than something like Pizza Express or California Pizza. To add insult to injury, the place is self service! The staff were nice though and the food and place look pretty, so at least you'll be able to get a couple of great photos...
