The only thing that was fresh was maybe the pizza. For the price of this meal, the quality sure wasn't there. Kids meal was terrible. Look & tasted like microwaved pasta with steamed veggies and stale fries. We aren't from hk so we thought about trying the pizza hut here. Save your money and get a good meal elsewhere.

-Good food , enjoyed the cheesy, fluffy pizza crusts unlike every other small pizza place I've been to in HK so far ( as a tourist) -Sadly unclean toilets -I was seated in a corner behind som bars which took waiters a while to see us. Unlucky day where there was a "Karen" at the restaurant loudly complaining about food and shouting the whole time...

As I walked in the restaurant, the reception/cashier lady looked very angry, furthermore she pointed at a table with her finger which seemed very offensive and unwelcoming. The food was great, I ordered one alacarte spaghetti and one afternoon tea set as I’m a big eater. At last I ordered ice lemon tea which took forever to arrive. The checkout was smooth.

Same classic Pizza Hut experience but with very incompetent staff. We were 5th in the queue waiting for tables when there were very clearly around 6 entirely empty tables (set and ready for dinner) in eye shot. So that's bad. They've got odd menus at odd times and the service is straight up bad. But pizza hut pizza is boss, so there's always that.
