It's a great way to have a general overview of Hong Kong. Alternatively you can get off at any one of the numerous stops along the way for a closer look and then pick up the next bus to go on further. The app is incredibly useful in deciding where you want to go and detailing all the important features of the tour. All the Big Bus staff have been extremely helpful with particular mention made to Manny who has assisted us. I highly recommend the Big Bus Tour to anyone who is visiting Hong Kong, particularly for the first time.

We had an amazing time on the Big Bus Tour. The audio guide was very informative. A special shoutout to the staff at the Central pier station—they were incredibly helpful, gave us great tips on which routes to take first, and made redemption seamless. Highly recommend for first-time visitors!

Exceptional Tour & Customer Service Our recent Big Bus Tour experience is fabulous. We had an amazing overview of the city’s iconic landmark, stunning architecture and historical places. As takeaway, you will bag some interesting trivia of each site via the bus informative audio guide available in various languages. Shout out to one of their team named Manny who is helpful, knowledgeable and gracious in providing detailed information of the optional tour routes/packages whilst recommending some points to snap the best viewpoint of the city. He ensure that we had a great time during the tour and his service is superb. We highly recommend the Big Bus Tour on your visit to Hong Kong!

His friendly attitude and positive energy made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. He was incredibly attentive, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. The Big bus tour is a good way to get around and see Hong Kong from an open top bus. I recommend it for first time visitors. Our own experience was spoilt by waiting nearly 25 mins when we stopped at the ferry point for a change of driver. This was very frustrating and took the shine off the experience. The commentary is all prerecorded and yes it does the job, but I prefer a real life guide. That said many of the places you see can be done by walking. Still worth doing, but expectations should be managed.
