My dog loves going here and getting groomed by them. It goes to show the care and love they put into grooming their clients dogs. The staff are lovely too!

Disappointed - my 3 dogs and I have been one of the old customers here for over a decade. Recently, albeit I said I didn’t like to do this, I just wanted to support neighbourhood business - I joined their so called top up service that bob paradise has no accountability on customers money - require the customers to further top up in order to be able to use the expired money - yes I agree it’s my fault that I couldn’t use the previous top up money on time (only 1 month past) but it’s always SO UNPROFESSIONAL without informing customers that their points or money are going to be in the bin! I did request that I will sacrifice some parts of cash and just let me use part of the remaining money - at the end it’s my money!! It’s a cheating scheme!!! Honestly they were my go to pet shop last decade but I also saw their less of professional grooming service recently vs my recent go to BARKYARD in wan chai despite similar pricing! I feel cheated and utterly upset the way they treated me and I think it’s time to go to consumer council!

Getting a bath isn’t my dog’s favourite activity but the staff at Bob’s Paradise were very accommodating. My dog has allergies that causes sensitive skin, and the staff made sure to use a deep cleaning and hypoallergenic shampoo for him. He is also very sensitive to noise, and the staff kindly used a blow dryer to dry him off gently instead of the high speed dryer. He stayed relaxed throughout the process. His coat is also much shinier after getting groomed by them!

The products sold here were of different brands and the quality was good and trustworthy. Price was a bit high. It seemed that retail was not the main business because all the staff were busy at serving the dogs in the inside area. Believed that the cutting and grooming service should be well graded.

We’ve taken our dog, Benjamin Franklin, here almost a dozen times and his haircuts have always turned out beautifully and even. Highly recommend!
