We went to the shop looking for a new sofa and Jennifer from the shop was very helpful. She gave us lots of good advice and spent a lot of time with us, addressing our concerns. We look forward to the arrival of our new sofa and hope we will be able to enjoy it for many years to come.

Thank you Sam for helping us on our orders and post installation care service! We noticed sweaky sound of our sofa after 1 year of use. Engineers were called out swiftly after the issues were raised to Sam. The problem was solved immediately on the day when the engineers visited, inspected the timber frame and sorted out the screws and timber spacing. Many thanks!

One of the male worker was so much moody and we were feeling not welcome here. And the other workers also kind of same vibe. Please offer more training for your workers, super unprofessional. 2 stars are for the furniture btw, your workers don’t worth any star.

We brought a clearance Sofa. Winnie the sales associate services was superb from start to finish. She kept in contact at every stage of the process. On top of that how the delivery guys got the sofa in to our home as it was super tight was a credit to the team. I work in retail and this is the kind of service that we all want to receive. Oh and the sofa looks and feels great👏

A nice furniture store. The shop at Central is the best one for sofa shopping with the most sofas displayed, also the flagship BoConcept in HK. The sales manager (Jennifer) helped us customise our options on the computer and explained the details well. The right amount of communication balance, explains when have a question but also left space for us to get comfortable to enjoy the sofas. Recommended for anyone looking for a good sofa.
