I ordered the Mr Men collection from the website. I was a bit concerned about the lack of communication, but the books arrived a week later, brand new and sealed. Overall I'm happy and would buy from them again.

Complete fraud, doesn’t ship out the order despite repeated reminders. Never pick up the phone and only make repeated empty promises on WhatsApp. Need to go through credit card company to get back my money. Do not order from them! *the shop owner’s reply shows exactly their attitude and problem, I’ve screenshot it to post here in case they delete. Instead of apologizing and quickly process the order, they ask customer to contact them via the website for status quo, saying WhatsApp is not allowed (yet they replied my WhatsApp 3 times saying they mailed my order, but of course I didn’t receive and its’s a lie). I’m not the only one if you read other customers’ reviews.
