Dr Karen is very professional and attention to details. Am grateful my CKD cats are in good hands finally after misdiagnosed by several other vets.

If you care about your cats, and do not want to be scammed or ripped off, do not visit this vet. There is a much nicer one a minute walk away. I took my cat here to get a simple x-ray check for a limp and a ringworm infection. After they returned the cat, he was shaking and shivering. It has never happened before, and it was obvious the "nurses" were rough and unprofessional. After the check, the doctor decided to prescribe $2000HKD worth of medication for problems that I did not even visit the clinic for, like drops to clean the cat's ears and eyes. These products can be purchased elsewhere for much cheaper. In conclusion, they did not fix anything with my cat other than traumatise him through the x-ray and rip me off with their expensive medical cat products. I purchased some ringworm medication myself after vising this terrible place and their ringworm was gone in 2 weeks. Do not believe the "thank you" cards they stick up on the wall. They probably wrote it themselves.

Brought my dog here when our usual vet was fully booked and we had another errand in this neighborhood. Realized it's better than our usual vet in almost every way - bigger and cleaner, more English-friendly, and more efficient. While the standard consultation fee is slightly higher than our usual vet's, the night-time markup is much more reasonable (I think it was only $40 extra). And everyone was friendly and professional. My dog loved all the attention he got from the vet techs. Dr. Wilson Cheng diagnosed my dog's red/runny eye as an allergy and prescribed an antibiotic ointment and antihistamine pills. He also gave me some advice regarding eventual neutering. 1.5 days later, my dog's eye looks close to totally normal again. The one-person-per-visit policy was a bit challenging for me, as I had to manage an excitable and relatively large puppy at the same time as paying/picking up meds/talking to vet techs. But of course I understand why they have that policy for now. Anyway, I think there's a good chance we will switch to this vet as our regular vet.

Dr Jacky is a patience good vet with empathy. Apart from western vet way, also provide Chinese medicine and acupuncture for dogs and cats.
