Had my bike fitted and the service and staff were really lovely and went out of their way to explain everything to me.

Their after service really, really sucks badly! After you bought a bike from them they don't really care if there is a problem. If they want to run this as a hobby shop, they should just close up shop and grease their own bikes at home. They have the worst service attitude. I remember when I first bought my bike from them they would not even honor the manufacturers warranty to provide a free check up after 3 months.... they questioned me like I was a criminal asking why I needed a service....but I told them it was under conditions of manufacturers warranty for a free check up after 3 months...afterwards they ignored me and never serviced my bike

Good bicycles shops with mostly road bikes more for adults for above average price bicycles Should put away those bike for their “other” customers, otherwise you may can warn not to touch it if you are local

Very nice experience! The staff that helped us were helpful and friendly (even in the beginning when we were not expecting to buy anything from them they were still nice, and after a nice chat with the staff we were spending money ^_^) The place has the best layout in Hong Kong and everything is easy to find (Some other bike shop layout everything so crowded that made the visual experience very bad). Even though their price is a bit high but the overall experience is great. High quality shop!
