This is the shop if you need something to be done pragmatically, fast, and without filling out the equivalent of a visa application just to print a poster. I needed to print a poster (A0, for a scientific conference) as a foreigner, I ended up in quite a hurry and a lot of stress to finally get this poster printed in time. After asking a dozen copy shops, I came across Rainbow Printing and they did not turn my simple request into a tedious visa application where I would need an HK phone number and HK bank account or such shenanigans just to print a poster. This is the print shop if you need something done without complications and great customer service. It looks kind of small from the outside without all the shiny logos. Out of all the other shops I asked, this is the only shop that prints things in exchange for money. It’s incredible that the other print shops have not figured out this simple business model. I will always recommend this shop if you just need something printed, period. Thank you, Rainbow Printing! PS: It was also very high-quality print!

服務態度差勁，垃圾。 我今朝一早10:30過去一個人都冇，叫佢幫我過膠，我只係過16張咭仔，明明可以分2頁A4 size咁過膠，但佢話要分開過，每張收$3，仲要加$20切片費，即係total$68。 然後半個鐘後，我過去攞，佢話要幫其他人影印，好忙好忙，唔幫我整，仲要話返我啲野對唔齊。之後我去附近影印店，人哋5分鐘幫我搞掂，淨係收我$6。 你哋咁唔想做唔好做，講真，我一早預咗無打工仔放飯黎印野嘅時間我先過黎，明明我印啲咭仔可以一次過影，你呃我要逐張影我都接受啦，你仲甘嘅服務態度？ 呢間嘢嘅服務態度簡直不堪，不知所謂。 我印嘅係5x8 cm x16張，A4紙過膠每張可以放到8張入去，我假設你要預熱，我去個陣明明一個人都無，你個同事cut完我啲紙請問要哂幾多時間？然後放8張紙仔入去張A4 size膠度請問又需要幾多時間？ 點解人哋舖頭都好忙，但5分鐘搞掂？你打開門做生意唔係一個忙字就可以blame d客，我無俾時間佢？ 係佢叫我半個鐘後返，我俾足時間佢，即係佢講要半個鐘已經係預哂要預熱/忙,etc. 結果係點？我返到去係完全無進展，當我疊野垃圾甘放埋一邊，話我啲嘢麻煩，叫我再半個鐘後過黎，啲客嘅時間唔係時間？我又唔忙？ 你個四眼同事由我十幾年前附近讀書印past paper已經係甘嘅趕客態度，估唔到十幾年都係甘嘅惡劣質素。 我唔係賣人情，以前黎你度印野，我一早去旺角啲印刷行整啦，你哋仲要有藉口？

Absolute rubbish attitude. Everything I said agitated him. Fine, maybe he was having a bad day. But when I asked him how much everything was and how to pay. He SIGHED, slammed the table, stood up and poked at the fps sign like I killed his family. This is their new address 旺角洗衣街62-67号得寶商場地下35A.

Very nice experience, especially after I was so so disturbed by the notoriously bad attitude from the crazy, rude, harassing and arrogant owner from another printing shop 致富影印 a few blocks away. Professional, polite and efficient. The best one in the neighbourhood.
