就快過年了，來這家酒樓吃點心，好大間，而且有露台，可以望到煙花，超正！ 「豬仔咸水角」 好可愛的造型，入口是金黃色的脆皮，跟住是軟糯煙韌的糯米，口感對比鮮明。內餡香氣四溢，鹹香的肉汁滲透在每一口餡料中，讓人一隻接一隻！ 「香煎年糕」 年糕切得厚身，兩面煎至金黃微脆，咬下去時，外層是薄薄的一層香脆，緊接著是無盡的軟糯煙韌，清甜不膩，口感層次豐富！ 「發財好市燒賣」 師傅將髮菜和蠔豉的鮮味放在燒賣上邊，用料實在，意頭十足，充滿傳統節日風味！ 「雪茄春卷」炸得金黃香脆，蝦肉鮮甜彈牙，當雪茄來吃感覺好新穎！ 「發財南乳豬手」則炆得軟腍入味，膠質豐富，配上發菜更是喜慶。 「趣緻冬菰包」 幾可亂真，包子表面灑了一層薄薄的咖啡粉，那股微苦的醇香完美滲入包皮，巧妙地模仿了冬菇表皮！

講起觀塘工廈區嘅食肆，真係臥虎藏龍，今次試咗間幾有驚喜嘅中菜「財爵海鮮薈」。佢哋環境企理，坐得舒服，最啱同屋企人或者朋友慢慢食餐好嘅。廚師手勢唔錯，幾道家常菜都做得有心思，食完成個人都暖笠笠，好滿足！ 冬菇白菜仔 碟菜上枱已經聞到菇香，冬菇炆得腍滑入味，咬落仲有淡淡蠔油香。白菜仔鮮嫩無渣，吸晒冬菇嘅汁，清清哋又夠味道，食完濃味嘢之後食返啲菜，平衡得啱啱好。 拔絲鮮菠蘿咕嚕肉（例） 呢道咕嚕肉真係有驚喜！外層炸得酥脆，咬落去仲保持到肉汁，醬汁酸甜度調得好準，唔會膩喉。最正係面頭嘅鮮菠蘿，清甜多汁，同咕嚕肉一齊食，味道層次即刻豐富咗。記得趁熱食，個拔絲效果先夠正。 脆皮燒鵝皇（下庄） 燒鵝係呢度招牌，果然名不虛傳。鵝皮脆卜卜，咬落咔咔聲，皮下脂肪唔會太厚，鵝肉嫩滑有鵝香。蘸埋少少酸梅醬，更加提鮮，真係忍唔住連夾幾件。下庄部位啖啖肉，食肉獸一定鍾意。 桂花糕 食完熱氣嘢，嚟件冰涼嘅桂花糕就最啱。糕身透亮，睇到裡面一絲絲嘅桂花，入口清甜帶淡淡花香，質感Q彈唔黏牙。作為飯後甜品，清爽又解滯。 紅豆沙 最後嚟碗熱紅豆沙，煲得好綿滑，紅豆起沙之餘，仲保留到少少豆粒口感。甜度溫和，陳皮香若隱若現，飲完成個胃都舒服晒。
