Definitely my to-go place for film development & scanning in Hong Kong! The owner & staff here are very friendly and patient, and the service is always prompt. The owner even goes beyond his service sometimes and helps me solve the issues with my film camera.

Three rolls (35mm x1, 120 x2) through colorluxe so far and have been really impressed. Very fast (same day), great value and the quality so far has been great!

Decent scanning and development options, but they use a shady service for file delivery and the boss does not heed multiple explicit requests to not use it. Avoid for professional purposes. I asked the boss to transfer files by copying and not uploading in future, the boss assured me that he will do that, and then of course he uploaded the next roll. From 10 film scanning shops in HK that I know, nobody else uses this file sharing service. Also, other shops understand if you say you will bring your SSD to copy over the files, and they do not like to troll their customers. Thankfully, there are plenty of film development and scanning shops in almost every area of the city.

Staff are friendly and extremely helpful - had a light leak with my camera and a member of staff examined my camera to see where the possible leaks could come from. Additionally they develop rolls of film quite fast for a great price - 3 rolls cost me roughly £21-£22 at high res.
