Ask the price in advance. I was in a rush, so I forgot. There was a price for printing a digital colorful photo on the wall which was 2,5hkd so I assumed b&w copy would be cheaper. It turned out to be 3hkd per page… when I asked how come they just said I could leave if I didn’t like the price lol and any attempts to talk and ask were ending in weird manipulation to just throw my copies away. Rude. Very rude. Anyways, ask the price first

Needed to print hardcopies of something, and my request was already pretty simple. Though while kindly asking one of the store staff (this bald guy), he was unneccessarily cranky with an annoyed tone, implying that I wasn't being specific enough when I already requested exactly (and simply) what I needed to print. I'm patient with anyone whose english is their second language, but lacking english skills is never an excuse to be impatient with customers nor display an incredibly poor attitude. Don't recommend going here at all; WAY more print shops around TST area you can go to instead with much nicer staff and better service.
