I purchased an item during my visit to the store, but unfortunately wasn’t given a receipt at the time. I had to follow up several times while I was abroad to arrange a replacement of the invoice, which involved quite a bit of back-and-forth communication. That said, Joey was very helpful in the end and supported me through the process, allowing me to secure an item replacement with the provider. I’ll definitely drop by again on my next visit to Hong Kong for any running gear I need.

Great store and good variety of items for trail running. Apart from a lady and a gentlemen the rest of the staff have no clue of the products they are selling. If you know exactly what you want to buy, this is the place. Otherwise, do some research online before purchasing because the staff isn't really knowledgeable and not very helpful either.

Really good assortment of products, some of which I've never seen anywhere else. You can get additional discounts if you buy multiple products. Friendly staff and great service. I will definitely return.

It's by far the running, hiking and endurance sport mega store with everything from shoes, clothes, packs, poles, watches, recovery tools and nutrition. As for a fittings, I still haven't found a store in HK that would mirror the service of a proper store in North America. You will find everything here, just do your research and know a little about what you're planning to purchase. And the deals are always great.
