Worst customer service, you ask to order a part but they can't answer without you paying for labor to check the scooter which doesn't make sense. Terrible experience, you deserve any of my money or other customer money

They charge way over the price just for inspection more expensive than the parts, and if they don’t have the parts and they’ll need to order which will take like 5/6 months to arrive from china. Almost half a year to arrive from just from China that’s just insane, I seriously recommend to not buy anything from Honda just because of there service really poor/unprofessional . Never am I ever going to buy anything Honda again

When you buy a new motorcycle, there is excellent service But when you go for maintenance, there is a service that is not good by the technician Some of them do not speak English and that is good because you do not understand what they are telling you And when you try to understand what he says, he will be annoyed with you a lot, and he may talk to you in an impolite way because you do not understand what he says, and this happened to me this morning. As for me to go there again and the motorcycles that I bought, I will throw them away. I do not want to go there again. Some technicians are not very polite with customers. If you go there after the warranty, you will deal in a good way because you will pay money, but if you go during the warranty, you will deal with it. Rude by some technicians I and others will not buy from Honda again I will send the complaint to the main center and see what happens

Very terrible service. Booked weeks ahead to install Metzeler Roadtec 01 SE tyres but when I arrived, they only had 01 front and 01 SE rear in stock. Service staff said that "wasn't their problem that I didn't want it" and they won't get new stock in for "1 to 2 years". Asked me to go to another shop as they had "many other customers". Do not recommend.
