received the item that shipped from Casetify Hong Kong in very terrible condition. I already being a loyal customer to Casetify for quite long time during covid until now, but this is what i received for being loyal to your company? 🙃 I waited for almost 1 month just to get this piece of haih

I had a very bad experience at the Casetify Studio. The quality of their phone cases is far worse than expected, especially considering they sell for over HKD 500. The materials feel cheap, and the case did not provide the protection or durability they advertise. On top of that, the service was extremely poor. The store supervisor was very unprofessional, dismissive, and unwilling to properly address my concerns. Instead of trying to help, they were defensive and unhelpful, which made the experience even worse. I asked the manager to solve my problems but they’re different people or different days so I don’t know who’s cheating. The regulation system has very big problems. I thought I bought the items from a global company but I received different service in different countries, I don’t know what’s wrong with Hongkong. For the price they charge, I expected much better quality and customer service. I would not recommend this store to anyone.

Fantastic service from Mikki at the Causeway Bay CASETiFY. She was extremely helpful and attentive in helping me choose a case for my iPhone 17 Pro Max. Her genuine and knowledgeable approach made all the difference, so much so that I returned two days later to buy the camera lens gems, a second case, and a screen protector. Excellent customer service that clearly drives repeat business!

I haven't bought anything from Casetify in a long (worldwide), but this visit to the Causeway Bay location really changed my perspective. I'd really like to thank Edwin for this. Apologie ... if his name and position may be incorrect, I believe he is a senior team member. I stepped in first to have a quick look at a specific Doreamon case and the Hong Kong Collection. It wasn't part of my plan to purchase anything more, but after talking to Edwin for a while, I ended up with nine new Casetify items, and I adore them all. He was really patient with me for more than forty minutes; we had a nice talk, he knew a lot about the products, and he was strategic to recommend other things that would be a good fit in place of the sold-out items on my list. Good service is hard to find nowadays but for the ones who are committed to putting a lasting smile on a customer's face, regardless of spend amount, that's what makes a difference for the brand.
