A DANGER FOR YOUR IPHONE - DO NOT BUY FROM CASETiFY I bought a Clear Case for my iPhone 17 Pro Max (Orders #29814861 and #29806296) and it’s a disaster. 1. POTENTIAL DAMAGE: The case is so rigid and poorly designed that it is impossible to remove. Every time I try, I risk SCRATCHING and bending the frame of a 1500€ phone. This product is a threat to your device, not a protection. 2. THEY CENSOR CUSTOMERS: Don't believe their Instagram hype. They DELETE negative comments within minutes to hide the fact that their products are defective and their service is non-existent. 3. ZERO CUSTOMER SUPPORT: 5 emails sent, only bot replies received. They are ignoring my legal right to cancel the order and get a refund. 4. ACTION TAKEN: I have officially suspended all payments through KLARNA and I am filing a report with the European Consumer Centre. Don’t waste your money here. They prioritize social media filters over product quality and customer safety!

I waited for over 10 minutes without receiving any assistance. During this time, other customers were served ahead of me, and when I approached the staff, the only response I received was to “keep waiting.” This lack of support made me feel disrespected and undervalued as a customer.

august 2025 - 1star rating because shop not there but the brand didn’t update the google maps. guys, you can SUGGEST AN EDIT if you found the shop closed. don’t just whine or comment here. for my own experience, this was the shop i frequent coz of the proximity. bought a few collab phone cases, airpods cases and accessories they were all nice, of course it’s pricy comparing to taobxx stuff. i once had a hook of shoulder strap detached just one day after purchase; they replaced it free immediately for me, so i’m happy with their service so far.

Such a cool brand and store for various phone cases and tech accessories to choose from, especially the fancy customisation! And I also had so much fun at the CASETiFY Cube, super instagrammable :)

Placed order on their website on 29/12/2020. Was promised to receive between 14-18/1/2021. I monitored very closely the updates on my order. Until 9/1/2021, the order has not been shipped out from their warehouse to the courier company. I emailed and emailed and emailed Casetify. Their customer service seemed to be very lazy to respond to complaints. Until mid of January 2021, I was given a replacement unit. It was shipped on 25/1/2021, arrived here in KL, Malaysia on 5/2/2021. Very slow in processing orders, customer service does not respond timely to emails and complaints. Anyway product of Casetify is beautiful and of good quality.
